21st Century Language

Our 21st Century students, our next generation, are living in an Era of Technology, with a multiplicity of gadgets and digital tools. Our children become ahead of us, inheriting abilities and skills, beyond our grasp and control. As educators, we must teach our children by communicating to them using a variety of instructional strategies with an implementation and integration of technology. Therefore, speaking their language, which is the "digital language."
Our children are original and extraordinary in their own way, and there is no one in this universe like them. This emphasizes the need for teachers to address all learners, and they learn best with an array of learning styles and strategies. Technology plays a major role by providing the vehicle and tool for educators to utilize in the classroom to impact teaching our students. It's time efficient, promotes interaction and cooperative learning, encourages critical thinking, unlimited software and programs, and caters to ALL Learners, regardless of different levels or abilities in learning. Technology brings motivation, confidence, creativity, and countless attributes to our students, with teacher guidance and safety. I am confident to say that Our Generation are Prepared for the Future, they will become Successful, if we speak their language!
